allow related fields to be displayed in list, not just in filters
Right now, related fields can be use in filters, you should add it in columns of list as well so users can see the values.

To expand on this, I had:
• Overview: Currently, related lists are not available when personalizing views (cog) but are through Personalize List (configuration). Although I understand that this is a safeguard for performance, it limits the ability to view and analyse all relevant data for an object.
• Suggested Change:
o Add one additional personalization role to specify that the user may drill to related fields when personalizing lists.
o Adjust the list personalization to work like the Personalize List (configuration) option where the related lists may be drilled into and added to the view.Example of usage:
- when looking at a list of incidents, allow permissioned users to be able to add caller.department to their list view rather than having to jump out of their work context to create a report to do this instead. -
